More powerful hardware

Numerous reports have said Apple’s new streaming box will see a significant processing power boost. It’s supposed to have the A8 chip currently inside the iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. But because the Apple TV is always plugged into an outlet and not battery powered, it gives developers free reign to push the A8 like they never could on the iPhone.
